If you had a licensed and insured company out and would like a second opinion or quote we will send one of our technicians to you for free, and will confirm any issues with your unit and give you our repair cost and if you paid a service call fee to the previous company we will credit up to $50 towards your repair.
Yes, all of our technicians are licensed, insured, and experienced in appliance repair.
You speak with one of our highly trained technicians ,who can help DIY'ers self diagnose and repair . If we can't help you diagnose over the phone we will send a technician to your house to help you diagnose the issue and the $35 will go towards the $65 service call fee and if you decide you want us to fix it all fees paid will go towards repair cost.
